The first workshop aimed to achieve the required alignment for greater collaborative impact across the organization. The second workshop focused on identifying the team and organizational culture and developing an Organizational Playbook and Flywheel, in addition to a Functional Flywheel for each key function. The third workshop was operationally driven, classifying the identified 35 organizational priorities under seven pillars and producing the top 10 priorities with committed timelines, ownership, and
