The resulting environment was highly diverse, intense, and fast-paced to keep up with more established competitors. The fast-growing workforce needed periodic breaks to get to know each other outside the office and quickly build camaraderie. Functional teams, consisting of large numbers, participated in annual one-day engagement and alignment sessions of diverse nature to reignite their senses and
