These components covered a wide range of areas such as leadership alignment, management buy in, marketing and communication, exciting and engaging living the culture sessions across the kingdom, manager upskilling, digital content for multi-platforms, champions development, and sustaining the culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The culture transformation journey involved listening to the voice of the people which empowered the leadership team will the insights from the ground up. Through multiple facilitated sessions, the leadership team created a culture blueprint that captured the behaviors, skills and initiatives required to embed the aspirational culture within the DNA of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result of this intense journey, the bank is enroute to create a high-performing culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and
