Our role was to work with each plant operations team to implement the new operating model. Part of that transformation is to instill a set of behaviors in the plant management teams to enable them to lead the initiative and to deal with the change. The worldwide initiative had to be customized for each location and the program being dynamically delivered to address the exact needs of each operation. This necessitated a transformation program, leading to the development of a global initiative: &#8220;Perform Together to Win.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">The challenge in the Middle East was that each plant had its own operating model and a highly diverse workforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-bottom:0\">The key to the success of the transformation is the team alignment on some key behaviors and then the propagation of those behaviors across the
