The program focused on upskilling and empowering participants to achieve their career goals by helping them create a career plan, providing guidance on skill development, and facilitating career progression. Throughout the program, participants received support from their coaches to assist them in their career development process. The experience included multiple touchpoints with participants through virtual knowledge bytes, one-on-one coaching, digital simulations, an LMS, and a group project throughout the journey. This program helped employees advance in their careers, gain clarity in their career paths, and achieve their professional targets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns Individual Development Plan (IDP) signed off by their line managers, with implementation of agreed-upon points and three review sessions of the IDP with their line managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">The program integrated a digitally enabled experience using a customized LMS as the backbone for all engagement and interactions throughout the
