He has over three decades of diverse and rich experience in various aspects of business, planning, execution, sales, finance, operations, human resources, information systems, and marketing.

He has also been involved in business development, product and solutions development in multiple domains: e-business, software development, content and art production, m-business, telecom services, training, and business consultancy.

He has successfully established and managed several start-up businesses in Egypt and Dubai, as well as held executive positions in a global corporation (NCR and AT&T Corporation), overseeing regional and multi-country operations across the Middle East. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and achieved outstanding results throughout his career.

Ayman is driven by a passion for people development and has designed and delivered training programs to thousands of professionals in the region on various topics such as Value based Selling, Managing Change, Problem Solving techniques, Strategic Planning, Customer Engagement Process, Leadership, and Personal development.
