The project emerged from the perspective of unifying the efforts of the Abu Dhabi government in consolidating the concepts of the government work charter and its principles. Once the defining of those principles was done then significant impact was evident in establishing the correct foundations and familiarizing everyone in the Abu Dhabi government with them through the interactive engagement sessions at the Abu Dhabi School of Government.

For the first time, all bank employees and our colleagues at AlJazira Capital are meeting in a workshop to learn new skills and values that will help us envision the future of the bank. I will start with ‘We Learn Every Day.’ We must learn from each other and continuously develop ourselves to become the backbone of the bank’s success.

ABAMI has played a very significant role in helping our staff understand and integrate the core values of Imdaad: People, Service and Making a Difference in their professional lives. Our staff are very enthusiastic about the program and those who have not attended it, are eagerly looking forward to the program. We have noticed the difference in team spirit, energy and their attitude improved further after attending this course. We look forward to a continued relationship with ABAMI.

I have gained a lot of valuable insights. It has been a very interesting experience. We learned from and understood each other. The ABAMI team added significant value by being open with us and providing many solutions; they broke down the barriers between the team members. I believe we achieved our goal, and I appreciate all the effort put in.

We would like to express our gratitude to ABAMI consultants who helped in making the “Beyond Customer Expectation” training program successful to Customer Care Center staff. Our staff have enjoyed the training to the maximum, learned new things and started practicing what they have learned in the training program.

The Team Engagement and Alignment session exceeded our expectations. The facilitator’s expertise and depth of knowledge were highly appreciated by the entire team, bringing the content to life in an engaging, relevant, and practical way. We’re excited to apply the valuable insights to strengthen our team dynamics and achieve our goals more effectively.

I extend my sincere appreciation to ABAMI for their great partnership and continuous support throughout the Management Development Program. It has truly been a valuable and impactful experience. I’m truly grateful for the collaboration and looking forward to future projects together.

ABAMI has truly have done the impossible to get us to be creative, learn from our mistakes by rising every time we fall, be as one and not a team of individuals, show us the leadership responsibilities, how to be motivated and motivate the others, have a high self esteem, take the risks to reach the goals while still taking care of safety, discover the hidden abilities within ourselves, be critical thinkers and have the innovation to improve what we have.

ABAMI played a critical role in our FY16 Kick-Off which incorporated an experiential learning format to launch our new strategic behaviors. ABAMI created an innovative learning solution that exceeded our expected requirements and allowed us to debrief behaviors in an effective manner.

We used ABAMI’s experiential learning methods to engage and encourage communication amongst our team members. ABAMI’s well thought team challenges encouraged our staff to interact and bond with each other in an engaging and fun way. This exercise certainly helped add a new perspective to teamwork. We will certainly use ABAMI’s expertise again to strengthen and develop our team.
