Define the
Blueprint

Overview

Fueled by the voice of the system, the Leadership and Management teams define and align on the six critical pillars of organizational clarity:
purpose, values, skills, decision making, priorities, and ownership.

They define one common playbook and agree on one flywheel that will get them to succeed.

The defined clarity is the foundation for the transformation journey.

Six Critical Pillars to Define Who We Are & How We Can Grow

How We Can Help

We guide and facilitate the leadership to define their ethos, playbook, culture blueprint, and flywheel ready to deal with change and deliver results.
Here are some of the aspects these tools will cover:

OUR ECONOMIC ENGINE – FLYWHEEL
  • What are we most passionate about
  • What moves our economic engine
  • Which area of discipline needs attention
  • Success through building momentum
OUR PLAYBOOK
  • BHAG, passion, and rallying cry
  • Commitment to behaviors and values
  • What are our priorities
  • Who will do what
OUR CULTURE BLUEPRINT
  • What and how we will build the culture
  • Initiatives to remove barriers
  • Skills to evolve mindsets
  • Communication to engage and involve

Our Experience

The leadership team of a large insurance conglomerate going through substantial growth needed to align everyone to its strategy. First, the leadership built their flywheel for success and used it to define their priorities in a playbook. The flywheel also guided their discipline system.

The management team was then invited to dissect the flywheel and align their functional departments to it, in line with the priorities on the leadership playbook.

One of the world’s largest industrial polymer producers wanted to align its international sales and marketing arm with its manufacturing operations in the UAE.

The combined leadership team defined their integrated economic engine, which enabled each functional department to identify their role in creating momentum for their growth.

Functional flywheels were developed in alignment with the organizations. The priorities were identified per function in a departmental playbook that guided their short-term priorities.

A newly formed semi-government organization needed to align the mindsets of its diversified leadership team on a blueprint for the organization they were chartered to build.

The clarity exercise led them to identify the large gap between their regulatory and investment roles. Leading them to expedite the restructuring of the organization to cater for two separate cultures linked to one goal; purpose and values system.

The final blueprint was used to engage the management teams to build the identified cultures.
