Twenty years of extensive experience in several facets of business – accounting, billing, finance, operations, software implementation and ISO certification. She started her career in Corporate Real Estate companies in the US where she managed the accounting and financing of several real estate projects from inception to delivery.  During her 6 years working in real estate, Salwa developed her passion for continual improvement which was instrumental in the successful management of real estate projects for the company during the Savings and Loans Crisis.

Salwa moved to the Telecoms industry where she worked at the largest office of the largest paging company in the U.S., PageNet.  She served as the Billing Manager, managing both retail and wholesale client billing then served as the Accounting Manager where she managed all aspects of Accounting and Finance for the LA office.  Her passion for continuing improvement helped her successful tenure at Pagenet. 

Salwa continued her career in telecoms where she worked in operations, billing, and software implementation and ISO certification.  She implemented finance and billing software across Europe for a multinational Telecoms company.
