Holding a PhD in Quality Management , Sultan has more than 20 years of extensive and varied experience in strategic planning, sales and customer relationships, entrepreneurship, training, insurance, airline industry, banking, business partnerships, in addition to business development, product and solutions development.

Sultan spent 10 years in executive positions, within banking and insurance companies managing different operations (sales, professional services, customer service and finance) across the Kingdom. Between 2000 till 2010 he held several positions in GACA and in the banking sector. A proven track record of leadership, and improving skills demonstrated over the years and marked with outstanding achievements and certifications.

Sultan also developed and delivered training programs to thousands across the Gulf countries, focusing mainly on Value based Selling, Managing Change, Problem Solving techniques, Strategic Planning, Customer Engagement Process, Leadership and Personal development, entrepreneurship, soft skills and management skills.
