Dina Mahmoud has been involved in training, coaching and consulting for almost 10 years with the intention of helping organizations increase their profit, productivity, and performance.

Dina is a master trainer, instructional designer, certified project manager, and a mega events organizer. A multitalented  professional with a varied experience.

Academically, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English.  She also studied specialized translation in the American University in Cairo (AUC) and was formerly a journalist and translator for the AUC media coverage of the Experimental Theater Festival in Egypt.

She joined the corporate world since 1997 and gained experience in hospitality through major Hotel chains, training and above all the Tourism industry.  Her main experience was in the field of Tourism in a major signee travel multinational company – Abercrombie and Kent Egypt – for 12 years where she reached heading the sales department specializing in the MICE, SIG and VIP handling business.  Throughout these years, Dina had gained hands on experience in servicing a diversity of client cultures as well as handling top notch VIP sales encounters and deals.

Since 2012, Dina shifted career and got fully dedicated to the training field through joining one of the biggest players in the Egyptian market in the Human Development and Change Agents field where she consolidated all her experience servicing major accounts in Egypt and the gulf. For many programs including Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Sales and Negotiations, Coaching, Presentation Skills, Customer Experience, just to name a few.
