A seasoned entrepreneurial executive with over 18 years of experience in managing sales teams, distribution channels, operations for B2B and B2C solutions at area and country levels for both enterprises and start-ups and in India and the Middle East.

He has an expertise in Sales and Client Interaction and has worked in consulting roles within Telcos, Information Security and Learning and Development. Navin is responsible for designing and developing multitudes of culture transformation initiatives, competency development solutions and team alignment programs across industries within the region. His intuitive ability to bring out logical connections across complex processes coupled with his entrepreneurial experience also make him a strong consultant and facilitator.

Navin is a Partner at ABAMI and manages ABAMI’s business operations in KSA. He is involved in all aspects of ABAMI Operations: Consulting, Delivery, Finance and Project Management as part of the Management team. He is the founder of Golive Mobility Solutions and had established GoLive, an ‘Innovative Mobility Solutions’ startup, since Aug 2014 with key partners in India and Egypt.

He also help positions as Country Manager for ABAMI Consulting – Leading and Managing the Business Consulting function within the ME managing a team of 6 consultants. Prior to that he was a Business Development Manager for Paramount Computer Systems and has established a strong professional network of relationships with CXO level/ key decision-making stakeholders of numerous large enterprises within the UAE and the GCC. He also worked as an Area Manager for Sify, leading a team of franchisee managers and was responsible for 260 franchisee outlets and distributions channels across the south of India.

Navin has been part of the delivery of several development and consulting assignments for different multicultural organizations including NWC, Tecom, ADNOC, Mashreq, DWTC, Al Rajhi Bank, DEWA, Du, Alinma Bank, Savola, Bank Al Jazira, Department of Energy etc.
