Overview
The organization-wide engagement journey began with listening to the voice and eliciting input from all levels during the defining stage. Now it is time to get back to the general population with the why, the what, and the how as a result of the strategic alignment of the leadership and management fueled by the voice of all stakeholders.
Immersive engagements of all stakeholders to excite them and enlighten them:
- Share with them the Why, What, How, and WIFM.
- Give them the opportunity to live together their new clarity by experiencing it.
- Engage the whole organization in a fun and immersive experience.
- Allow them the time to reflect on the new reality as individuals, as a team, and finally connecting it all together as one organization.

How We Can Help
- We design immersive journeys for different levels of the organization depending on the role we expect them to play in the transformation.
- We use a similar methodology but apply a progressive delivery approach from the learning is directive to the learning evolving for different target audiences.
- We help the general population to address the three key pillars: the Self, the Team, and the Organization in a personalized experiential journey.
- We create opportunities for reinforcements and continuous engagements through roadshows, festivals, town halls, etc.

Our Experience
For a major regional financial institution, we designed a fully experiential and immersive experience to allow everyone across 12 countries to live the new clarity together and to reflect on what it means to them as individuals, a team, and an organization.
To excite, inspire, and enlighten is the aim of those interventions.
The engagement started when we asked people for their voices, and a few months later, they came together to see the results of their input and how it would shape their future.
One of the local governments in the region wanted to align all its employees across 55 entities to one code of conduct. The document contained 24 pages of writing they believed no one would read.
We turned the code into 5 key principles and designed a 3-hour experiential intervention to let 90,000 people live the code. The sessions were delivered in their dialect, live and virtual. Three different sessions were designed to cater for the different seniority levels within the government.
For multiple clients across the region, we have designed and delivered rollouts of sessions over the years to align and engage the general population around a new clarity, direction, values, or culture.
Our experiential methodology has proven impactful in ensuring everyone is aware of the why, the what, and a general idea of the how, ready for further skills development journeys. This leads to a higher level of engagement and alignment across the organization going forward.
