A Facilities Management Arm of One of the Largest Property Developers in the Region
Project Description
We engaged with the leaders of the newly formed group and, using our Building High Performing Teams approach, guided the two competing teams on a journey of discovery, cohesion, and alignment. They aligned their cultures, strategies, and approaches to perform productively for the benefit of the organization and the customers they serve. The final output from the team leaders’ journey was then communicated to the rest of the newly formed division.
