Coaching the mentors of the youth and their parents to be future-ready
Client
The Highest Government Office of One of the Emirates
Project Description
We developed a five-day practical program to develop social workers (a selected group of teachers) with the right attitude and skills to coach students aged 13 to 16 from various schools across the UAE. The goal was to help students identify their true passions and choose careers that align with their strengths and the country’s vision. The social workers were inspired to embrace their responsibility and equipped with facilitation and coaching skills to create meaningful impact. The follow-up review included sharing case studies to assess the direct impact on students.
