Project Description
The project included designing three customized journeys for different audiences within their production units across the GCC. The journeys included experiential workshops on key development areas, one-on-one coaching, group coaching, a major team project with a final presentation to the executive team of the organization. The goal of the project was to develop local talent to take over the management of the production units in the future. Each journey was delivered to a well-chosen cohort from across the region, and a final report on each participant was produced. The program was repeated three times.

Situation
- The organization is in partnership with local governments owning assets across the region that produce water and electricity.
- The organization wanted to develop the next level of leadership and managers for these production units that are local in each country to progressively phase out the expatriate population.
- Those local managers have excellent technical skills, what they lack is the leadership skills and business acumen.
- They want to achieve this transition within a few years.
